Course Synopsis
This course will be carried out through lectures. It involves Malaysian legal system, courts, prosecutors and defense attorneys, forensic expert witness, admissibility of forensic evidence and technique of presenting testimony. Simulation of evidence presentation in court based on simulation of crime case will be carried out to assist students’ understanding.
